8 ounces cooked turkey breasts, shredded
16 wonton wrappers
1 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup cream cheese, room temperature
8 ounces Asiago cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. In a small-sized bowl, mix the butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black
    pepper; give it a good stir.
  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan; lay 1 wonton wrapper in each mini muffin
    cup. Fill each cup with the cream cheese and turkey mixture.
  3. Air-fry for 8 minutes at 335 degrees F. Immediately top with Asiago cheese
    and serve warm. Bon appétit!
