2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1½ tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
9 large mushrooms, cleaned, stalks removed


  1. Mix all of the above ingredients, minus the mushrooms, in a mixing bowl to
    prepare the filling.
  2. Then, stuff the mushrooms with the prepared filling.
  3. Air-fry stuffed mushrooms at 375 degrees F for about 12 minutes. Taste for
    doneness and serve at room temperature as an appetizer.
