2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup brown mushrooms, sliced
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon fresh basil
8 eggs, lightly whisked
6 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled


  1. Start by preheating your Air Fryer to 330 degrees F. Now, spritz a 6-tin
    muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the
    onions, garlic, and mushrooms until just tender and fragrant.
  3. Add the salt, black pepper, and basil and remove from heat. Divide out the
    sautéed mixture into the muffin tin.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs on top and top with the goat cheese. Bake for 20
    minutes rotating the pan halfway through the cooking time. Bon appétit!
