12 oz tuna, canned
2 oz scallions, diced
1 egg white, beaten
1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Mix tuna with scallions and egg white.
  2. Make the small burgers and put them in the lined with baking
    paper tray.
  3. Sprinkle the burgers with olive oil.
  4. Bake the burgers at 350F for 10 minutes per side.
