6 oz salmon fillet, diced
6 oz cod fillet, diced
1 garlic clove, diced
¼ teaspoon ground clove
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Mix diced salmon with cod fillet, garlic, ground clove, chili
    powder, and curry powder.
  2. Preheat the olive oil in the saucepan.
  3. Make the medium-size cakes from the fish mixture and put
    them in the hot oil.
  4. Roast the fish cakes for 3 minutes per side on medium heat.
