Nonstick cooking spray
3 cups chicken breast, cooked & chopped
¾ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
10 ¾ oz. condensed cream of chicken soup, low fat
¼ cup skim milk
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup green onions, sliced
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup cornflakes, crushed
¼ cup almonds, sliced
- Spray the cooking pot with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cheese, soup, milk, bell pepper, celery, green
onions, and pepper. Pour into the pot.
- In a small bowl, combine cornflakes and almonds, sprinkle over the top of the
