11 Ingredients:

Nonstick cooking spray
3 cups chicken breast, cooked & chopped
¾ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
10 ¾ oz. condensed cream of chicken soup, low fat
¼ cup skim milk
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup green onions, sliced
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup cornflakes, crushed
¼ cup almonds, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spray the cooking pot with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cheese, soup, milk, bell pepper, celery, green
    onions, and pepper. Pour into the pot.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cornflakes and almonds, sprinkle over the top of the
    chicken mixture.
  4. Add the tender-crisp lid and set to bake on 400°F. Bake 30 minutes until casserole
    is hot and bubbly. Turn off the heat and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
